<p>The game is played by two persons and is based on the theme of a naval battle. Each player has a board which is provided with two separate areas, each marked out in squares and identified by numbers and letters. Each board is screened from the opposing player, firing instructions being called out using co-ordinates, hits being marked by pegs (M), fitting into holes in one board. The other board is used to examine and detail the effects of the opponent's firing instructions. These are evaluated by means of marker plates (R, T) made from transparent plastic and provided with holes for pegs (P).</p> |
