Free standing waste bag support - has ring shaped holder coordinated with swivelling yoke around upper edge

Waste bag holding and filling devide used in households for filling plastics waste bags with a stand equipped with a foot which has a ring shaped holder at its upper end to hold the edge area of the waste bag. The holder (3) has a recess over the whole of its height of sufficient width to allow the waste bag etc. to be inserted. A swivelling holding yoke (4) to clamp the edge area of the waste bag (7) is coordinated with the holder (3), with the yoke capable of being locked under spring tension in both its end positions.
