PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of the signal converting device by providing charge transfer unit CCD via the input register at the both sides of the charge input CCD via the input register at the both sides of the charge input unit of plural lines and turning the input register to the n-phase CCD which is equal to the unit number n of CCD.
