According to an embodiment of the present invention, an organic light emitting device comprises: a first electrode and a second electrode; a first light emitting unit positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode, and including a first hole transfer layer and a first organic light emitting layer; a second light emitting unit positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode, and including a second hole transfer layer and a second organic light emitting layer; a first hole control layer positioned between the first hole transfer layer and the first organic light emitting layer; and a second hole control layer positioned between the second hole transfer layer and the second organic light emitting layer. The organic light emitting device of the present invention can have improved efficiency and lifespan at high temperatures. |
