The brick, or other wall building block, with a heat-insulating effect, incorporates cavities extending from one surface to the opposite surface. There is at least one cavity of smaller cross-section, adjacent to one peripheral line on the surface sides (1', 1"), and at least one further hollow space, of greater cross-section (3), set at some distance from the first. One set of cavities, or both may be rectangular and/or square, or circular in cross section. Both sets of cavities may be set in several rows running parallel to the peripheral line (4, 5). This combines rigidity under pressure with very effective heat insulation, and also be used for a wall with good sound insulation.
|
