Edge strip cutter able to negotiate curves - has guide rebates on two opposing sides of blade holder

The edge trimmer has blade holder with a handle, fitted with a right-angled guide rebate for setting on the workpiece edge. The top shank of the rebate has a retainer groove for the edge to be trimmed, on the part running past the blade. Here the blade holder (1) has guide rebates (13, 14) on two opposite sides. The lateral fitting shankes (8, 9) on both these rebates do not begin until an area behind the cutter (11) is reached. The blade holder can have a triangular bottom part and a top plate (3) overlapping the shanks of the bottom part, with the blade (4) in a sunken position and clamped between them. The tip (10) between the lower part shanks is close behind the cutter, while the top plate has a hole (15) for carrying away the chips. This can be used even on edges with a pronounced curve.
