The present invention relates to a gas collecting device in a secondary battery to collect and analyze internal gases generated in the secondary battery. The gas collecting device comprises: a lower case and an upper case. The lower case has a shape corresponding to the secondary battery, and includes a receiving groove which is detached from the secondary battery. The upper case includes a gas hole which discharges the internal gases generated in the secondary battery, and a collection pipe which is connected to the gas hole, and guides the internal gases discharged through the gas hole to the outside; and is detached from the lower case to close an opening unit of the receiving groove. The present invention provides the gas collecting device in the exclusive secondary battery designed for a structural feature of the secondary battery, thereby obtaining an accurate quantitative and qualitative analysis result for the internal gases of the secondary battery.
