The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device having a high efficiency and a long lifespan. More particularly, the organic light emitting device comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; and a luminous layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The luminous layer includes: at least one among amine compounds represented by chemical formula A or chemical formula B; and at least one among compounds represented by chemical formula H1 to chemical formula H7. The chemical formula A, chemical formula B, and chemical formula H1 to chemical formula H7 are the same as described in the specification.
