The present invention relates to a transducer for a sonar system, enhancing transceiving sensitivity, stabilizing acoustic performance and also improving manufacturability, which comprises: a piezoelectric member having a hollow inside; a head block coupled to one end of the piezoelectric member; a tail block coupled to the other end of the piezoelectric member; a tensile bolt penetrating from the inside of the head block to the inside of the tail block; and an insulation plate positioned in either or both of a space between the head block and the piezoelectric member and a space between the tail block and the piezoelectric member.
