摘要 FIELD: measuring equipment.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for flow rate measuring of liquids and gases. System for liquid or gas flow measuring in pipelines by means of ultrasound comprises ultrasound source and ultrasound receiver, control device, and measuring unit. Additionally, system includes two piezo cells, automatic control unit for relative position of primary converters, switching unit for converters, amplifier, ADC, signal processing and analysis unit, and thickness gauge, with following connections: inputs/outputs of piezo cells are connected to switching unit for converters via information bus M, switching unit via amplifier and ADC is connected to data output of signal processing and analysis unit, output of the latter by means of double-sided bus is connected to automatic control unit for relative position of primary converters. First piezo cell consists of four reversible piezoelectric transducers arranged by two at different ends of section, which is perpendicular to longitudinal direction of pipeline. Second piezo cell consists of six reversible piezoelectric transducers so located: two at common point of chords, and four by two at each chord, and they all are shifted relative to each other along vertical axis by some certain value. Distance between two piezoelectric converters on both sides of pipeline is strictly oriented and is defined by opening angles of directional pattern.EFFECT: higher measurement accuracy and ease of system operation.1 cl, 3 dwg
