FIELD: pharmaceuticals; measurement technology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pharmaceutical analysis. Method is realised by dissolving the analysed sample, processing a solution of chemical reagent, followed by photoelectrocolorimetry -measurement of optical density of coloured solutions, wherein the dissolution is carried out in purified water, matured in a heated water bath until complete dissolution while stirring, and cooled; further, the aliquot part of the prepared solution with a volume from 1.0 to 5.0 ml is successively treated while stirring 3.5 ml drops of 0.1 H alcohol solution of KOH, matured and stirred for 5 minutes; then treated with 2.5 ml drops of 0.5 % solution of veratric aldehyde in sulphuric acid and 1.5 ml of 0.1 H solution of sulphuric acid, kept for another 3 minutes; after that, the coloured solutions are subjected to photoelectrocolorimetry.EFFECT: there is achieved higher accuracy and sensitivity of analysis.1 cl, 1 ex, 5 tbl, 5 dwg |
