PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently removing nucleic acids in a PCR reaction solution, more particularly, a method for preventing false-positive and non-specific amplification due to contaminant nucleic acids, by removing the contaminant nucleic acids without affecting a reaction system, and to provide a reagent kit suitable for the above object.SOLUTION: The invention provides a method for removing contaminant nucleic acids included in a PCR reaction solution, the method comprising adding a photosensitive crosslinker and applying light energy in the PCR reaction solution.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
