PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an absorbent article, which arranges an elastic member in one area of an absorbent article while suppressing abrasion of a cutting mechanism.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an absorbent article includes: an exterior sheet conveyance step S1 of conveying an exterior sheet continuous body 22 W in which a constituent member constituting the absorbent article is formed continuously; an inner elastic member arrangement step S2 of arranging an inner elastic member continuous body 72 W continuing in a conveying direction on the exterior sheet continuous body 22 W in a state of stretching the inner elastic member continuous body in the conveying direction; a leakage prevention sheet arrangement step S3 of arranging a leakage prevention sheet 21 at intervals in the conveying direction so as to cover a part of the inner elastic member continuous body 72 W on the exterior sheet continuous body 22 W; and an inner elastic member cutting step S4 of cutting the inner elastic member continuous body 72 W positioned between the leakage prevention sheet and the leakage prevention sheet while pressing it to the exterior sheet continuous body side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
