The present invention relates to an organic electroluminescent element comprising dicarbazolene benzene derivative represented by chemical formula 1. More particularly, the organic electroluminescent element sequentially stacks a transparent substrate, a positive electrode, a hole injection layer, a hole transfer layer, a luminous layer, an electron transfer layer, an electron injection layer, and a negative electrode, wherein the hole transfer layer includes a first hole transfer layer and a second hole transfer layer. In addition, the hole transfer layer (HTL) of the organic electroluminescent element is properly arranged in two layers, HTL1 and HTL2, instead of a single layer according to energy levels, thereby exhibiting luminous characteristics excellent in various aspects such as current density, brightness, maximum brightness, and luminous efficiency in comparison to 2-TNATA (chemical formula 1) or NPB (chemical formula 2) which are conventional hole transfer substances. |
