PURPOSE:To improve the quality of reconstructed images by so setting the plural passages of radiations applied to the specimen as to become spacially mutually non-symmetrical with respect to the centerline running through the radiation and turning center and evenly distributing the radiation passages of the projection data by turning movements on the specimen.
