PURPOSE:To make the data input easy by taking out unit price data corresponding to quantity data from a table to perform a processing concerning the unit price data and inputted numerical data when the quantity data is inputted from an input part. CONSTITUTION:When a classification key K on a keyboard 2 is operated to input designating data (p), this data (p) is sent to a retrieving part 4 through a control part, and data taken out there is sent to a display control part 5, and a goods code A is displayed on a display part 6. Then, the operator operates a numeric key N to input a sales quantity D of the goods after confirming the goods name. This data D is sent to a processing part 7 through a control part 3, and the processing part 7 multiplies the unit price data in a column (g) of a goods table P and the quantity data D through the retrieving part 4, and sales data is stored in a column (h) of a memory 8. |
