PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink ribbon cassette capable of preventing a traveling failure of an ink ribbon even when the long ink ribbon is stored.SOLUTION: A take-up gear 3 and a follower gear 4 have gears separated into at least two upper and lower gears in a rotational-axis direction, and separators 12A and 13A for preventing winding of an ink ribbon 1 on the take-up gear 3 and the follower gear 4 are provided. The separators have separator plates 121A and 131A inserted between the both-end outsides of each gear in the rotational axis direction and between the gears separated into at least two. The separator plate inserted between the gears has a projected part 9 projected more in a ribbon storage part direction than the other separator plate. The end surface of the ribbon storage side of the separator plate inserted between the gears separated into at least two intersects the root circle of each gear of a straight line passing through the rotational center of each gear of the take-up gear 3 or the follower gear 4 including the separator plate and all parts between the root circles by the rotation of the gears.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
