<p>A machine for continuous coffee percolating has a reservoir (1) and a heat conserving insulation panel (2) connected to a cold water supply (3) via a conduit tube ending with a mixer-tap (6). A stop sluice (7) and derivation sluice (8) are provided along the conduit. A conduit (9) is connected to the mixer with a stop valve (10). A percolator attachment (11, 13, 14) is above a foldaway away tray (15). There is a safety valve (26) and thermostats (27, 28) indicate a regulate water temperature. In case of overheating, they control the electric elements (29, 30).</p> |
