<p>A trolley carries superimposed trays for hot and cold food for immediate consumption. It has a thermal barrier. The whole vertical multi-storey tray carrier is mounted on castors. The tray (1) is preferably isothermic and resistant with a concave longitudinal protrusion (2). Beneath this surface is a convex longitudinal protrusion (3). The upper surface of the tray has concave partitions (6, 7, 8) for plates, cutlery, etc. It is destined for sliding firmly into position on the multi-trolley, with lid, and consisting of an insulated unit.</p> |
