<p>The cutting machine cuts facing tile sections fron an extruded continuous plastic plate strip. The machine has lever actuated cutters. The sliding cutter brackets carry cutting wires. The machine cuts tiles deviating from square or rectangular shape especially diamond shapes. The cutting wires are guided in opposite direction so that they pass each other without contact on travelling through material. The cutting frames (3a, 3b) slide in guides (13, 14) without rotation. These frames are loaded by restoring springs (15) and by the arms (19) of the leve system (7, 10, 19). A cutting frame arm (16) has roller (17) which rolls on the actuating arm (19). The cutting frames are arranged at forty five degrees to slide by support frame (20).</p> |
