<p>The ventilation unit has a heat exchanger, and is for use in living room and kitchen windows. It has a blower to suck-in room air, flow-inlet channels for fresh air supply, and elements to effect a heat exchange between the two air flows. An opening gap in the window is utilised for the two air flows. The housing (1) contains a horizontal central blower (10), with a heat exchanger symmetrical on either side of it. The unit is located at the top of the window aperture, directly below the ceiling. The housing has a lower base flap (4), adjoining the top edge of the tilted open window. The outlet air nozzle (12, 13) is positioned outside this ventilation gap, and the fresh air inflow shaft (17) extends over the complete width of the window. On the room side, the outlet air inlet is at the top edge of the housing, and the fresh air outlet at its lower front edge.</p> |
