<p>Parent patent described a fibre mat for the dry mfr. of pressed mouldings, consisting of a preformed ligno-cellulose fibre layer, which is joined to a deformable carrier layer. Carrier consists of a thermoplastic foil and is bonded to the top of the mat. In addition to improving the handling and deformability of the mats, the carrier layer also improves their surface quality giving a high scratch resistance.</p> |
