PURPOSE: To remarkably reduce the number of manufacturing processes, the number of assembly members, and the number of works by a method wherein a revolving bearing bracket is arranged integrally with one end of a longitudinal edge part above a sun visor body, the other end an opposite bearing bracket integrally with the other end, and a casing for an illumination unit is arranged at an intermediate part. CONSTITUTION: A revolving support shaft 4 is arranged at one end of a longitudinal edge part 3 at the upper part of a sun visor body 1 and an opposite support shaft 8 at the other end, and the revolving support shaft 4 is fitted in and coupled to a revolving bearing bracket 5 through a shaft leg part 6. Simultaneously, the opposite support shaft 8 is locked in a dissociating state at an opposite bearing bracket 10 through a notch part 7. In this case, the revolving bearing bracket 5 and the opposite bearing bracket 10 are integrally molded as a plastic injection-molded member together with a coupling member 11. Further, casings 12 and 15 to contain an irradiation unit are integrally molded at the central part of the coupling member 11 and further, an opening part for a lens 14 and a light window 13 is formed. |
