The present invention relates to a mobile pretreatment filtering intake device and an intake system for water production using the same which can pretreat and remove a large foreign substance or a floating material to reduce a subsequent filtering load and maximize filtering efficiency, and allow direct use of water for living when needed. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the mobile pretreatment filtering intake device is deployed in raw water to be used, and comprises: a filter casing of a box shape having inflow holes formed in a diameter smaller than a filtering material and distributed on a surface thereof, and an inner suction pipe connection hole formed in the middle of a wall on one side thereof; an inner suction pipe provided with a plurality of flow holes distributed on an outer circumferential surface thereof, and fixed and installed in the filter casing to close one end thereof and connect the other end thereof to the inner suction pipe connection hole; an outer filter pipe provided with a filtering hole formed in a diameter smaller than the flow holes and larger than a particle size of the filtering material, and coaxially installed on an outer diameter of the inner suction pipe; disconnection prevention spacers installed between the inner suction pipe and the outer filter pipe at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction to prevent an abrupt pressure change of a filter fluid and a suction disconnection by creating a prescribed gap therebetween; and the filtering material filled in the filter casing around the outer filter pipe to form a filer layer.
