<p>The tailgate hoist for a lorry has the platform linked to at least one parallelogram (9, 15) whose bottom end is fitted between two parallel plates (6) pivoted on the chassis. The main operating ram (13) is also linked between the chassis and the plates for a light and simple control. Only two plates are required for each set of levers. A secure and stable hoist operation is obtained, with the final folding action provided by a secondary ram (19).</p> |
