<p>The tyre is completely filled with elastic objects, esp. air-filled plastics balls. Pref. these balls are sufficiently small to be pumped into the tyre through the filling valve. The tyre is thus packed with balls and also contains compressed air. The tyre is serviceable after a puncture but does not suffer from the disadvantage of greatly increased weight.</p> |
