<p>This patent is an addition to one which is concerned with display signs, letters, symbols etc. made from rectangular sections with fluorescent surfaces. This addition extends the scope of the patent by using sections of differently shaped quadrilaterals but still having fluorescent surfaces. These fluorescent quadrilaterals are mounted on transparent bases with a radius formed at the junction of the profile with the base. The signs, symbols, letters etc. which are formed in this way are then illuminated from either the front or the rear. This illumination increases theintensity of the light emitted by the fluorescent sign.</p> |
