PURPOSE:To increase the Q value at resonance, by utilizing the reflection based on discontinuity of the electric boundary condition due to a rattan electrode and that due to parallel grooves at the same time, through the provusion of the rattan electrode of the same period on a board forming parallel grooves of a given period, or the rattan electrode having metallic strips at the both ends.
