Disclosed are a transparent conductive film and a touch screen panel comprising the same. The transparent conductive film comprises: a transparent base layer; a conductive layer including a metal mesh; and a low refraction layer laminated on an upper portion or a lower portion of the conductive layer. Therefore, the transparent conductive film has excellent durability.
