The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a lactic acid bacteria fermented solution of marine plants and a lactic acid bacteria fermented solution manufactured by the same. The lactic acid bacteria fermented solution of marine plants manufactured in accordance with the present invention, in which inoculation of 5 to 10 parts by weight of lactobacillus is performed on 100 parts by weight of marine plants and fermentation is performed for 10 to 20 days, is a lactic acid bacteria fermented solution of marine plants obtained through the lactobacillus inoculation and the fermentation with ulva pertusa kjellman being used as a raw material as a particular example of the marine plants making a healthful type of alkaline food containing various nutrients such as a large amount of amino acids, minerals, calcium, and potassium. The lactic acid bacteria fermented solution of marine plants has a high level of preference and the lactic acid bacteria fermented solution is capable of suppressing microbial growth and preventing browning and decomposition. In addition, the lactic acid bacteria fermented solution in which the marine plants are fermented by the use of lactobacillus, with which consumers are familiar, is given the functionality of the marine plants as well as the lactobacillus well-known for various functionalities and its supplements, and thus is capable of contributing to health promotion. |
