摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic measurement device having a compact device configuration.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic measurement device includes: a projection optical system 20 that has a slit plate 23 provided with at least one opening formed in a radial direction for shaping a measurement light into a slit-like light, and scans an ocular fundus of a subject eye using the slit-like measurement light; and a light-receiving optical system 30 that has a light-receiving unit 37 on which light receiving elements arranged in conjugation with a cornea of the subject eye, and receives the measurement light reflected at the ocular fundus using the light-receiving element. A control unit of the ophthalmic measurement device obtains refractive power of the subject eye at cornea parts in a meridian direction corresponding to the slit direction, based on a phase difference signal output from the light receiving element corresponding to each of the cornea parts. Further, the control unit drives the slit plate 23 by combining a first drive part 22a and a second drive part 23a to control scanning of the measurement light, and obtains a distribution of the refractive force of the subject eye at the cornea parts in a plurality of meridian directions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
