PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-temperature long tube stock conveyance caliber roll used for a conveyance device capable of suppressing the occurrence of problems such as seizure or hardening cracks, limited in roll maintenance or exchanging work, and configured to convey a mandrel-rolled long tube stock from a mandrel to a stretch reducer.SOLUTION: The excellent seizure-resistant high-temperature long tube stock conveyance caliber roll is configured by thermally spraying Ni-based self-fluxing alloy powder containing tungsten carbide powder (WC) and then forming thermal sprayed film layer subjected to fusing processing on the caliber surface 2 of a steel roll base material 1. The content of the WC powder is 10 to 99.9 mass %, the Ni-based self-fluxing film layer contains Cr of 12 to 17 mass %, B of 2.5 to 4.0 mass %, Si of 3.5 to 5.0 mass %, C of 0.4 to 0.9 mass %, and Fe of 5.0 mass % or less, and the remaining part has a composition component including Ni and inevitable impurities.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
