PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developer with which an image with less density unevenness can be formed.SOLUTION: There is provided an electrostatic charge image developer containing at least a carrier and a toner, where titanium oxide particles having a crystallite diameter of 12.0 to 16.0 nm is included in the surface of the carrier in an amount of 0.03 to 0.15 weight% relative to the total amount of the carrier. The carrier contains ferrite particles; both the average interval Sm and arithmetic average roughness Ra of irregularities on the surface of the ferrite particles satisfy the following formulas: 1.0≤Sm(μm)≤3.5 and 0.2≤Ra(μm)≤0.7; and the BET specific surface area of the ferrite particles is preferably 0.08 to 0.14 cm/g.SELECTED DRAWING: None
