The control circuit, for a servomotor altering the intensity of a lamp or light, produces an error signal by comparing the actual lamp intensity with an intensity reference. The error signal is converted into a pulse that triggers the component that starts and supplies the motor. The motor moves the slider of a potentiometer connected into the lamp circuit. The sign of the triggering pulse determines the direction of the motor's rotation and its amplitude the duration of that rotation. |
