PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press cage for an angular ball bearing which can be adapted to a specification of a high-load capacity angular ball bearing, can be manufactured by press-processing while preventing the deterioration of processing accuracy, and can obtain a necessary minimum width with respect to a ball diameter, or can obtain further higher rigidity, and the angular ball bearing having the press cage.SOLUTION: Each pocket P comprises a circular arc portion 17 in which an inside-diameter side opening part P1 is formed of a circular arc having a prescribed radius r, and which has a window pressing part 15 which is diameter-expanded toward the inside-diameter side opening part P1, and an escape part 18 which is formed at a bent part 12 side, and in which the inside-diameter side opening part P1 connects both ends of the circular arc at the outside of the pocket P in a radial direction rather than a virtual circle C of the circular arc.
