<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a sheet material from wrinkling by arranging a clamping pressure changing means which operates when a given time of a timer has been up by the time the feed start signals of the next sheet material are inputted into a control system, so as to release or reduce the sheet material clamping pressure of a pressure-contact carrying means. CONSTITUTION:When a given time of a timer elapses the feed start signals of the next sheet material are inputted into a control system after delivery, carrying and cutting of a sheet material are carried out according to a feed start signal of the sheet material, a rotary solenoid 60 is energized. As the result, the end of a wedge member 64 is under a breaking-in condition between ring members 13c, 13d, so that rollers 13a, 13b is separated from each other against the pulling force of a spring member, and sheet material clamping pressure is kept in a releasing or reducing condition. Therefore, a sheet material S1 is on standby in a strongly clamped condition between the rollers 13a, 13b, thus preventing the generation of wrinkles in the sheet material S1.</p> |
