Transport container for dangerous liquids - has base of collection vats, and internal floor, forming ventilation channels

The container esp. for transportation of poisonous liquids, has four side walls, a top, and a supporting base with U-shaped recesses for the arms of a fork lift truck; and ventilation and drainage units. The base (6) consists of fluid tight collection vats (12, 13), which are opened at the top, and separated by the U-shaped recesses (10, 11). The vats are covered, at a distance, by a load-carrying internal floor with apertures, to form a ventilation channel. The channel is connected to a suction ventilation unit (19, 20) in one end wall (3) of the container, and to a sealable air inlet (23) in the opposite container side wall.
