PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition containing a lower alkyl ester sulfonate of a fatty acid, bentonite, specific cationic surfactant and nonionic cellulosic derivative and capable of imparting flexibility to fibers simultaneously with washing. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition, containing (A) 5-30wt.% lower alkyl ester sulfonate of an (8-22C) fatty acid, (B) 3-20wt.% bentonite, (C) 0.5-10 pts.wt. cationic surfactant expressed by formula I (R1 and R2 are 12-26C alkyl or alkenyl; R3 and R4 are 1-4C alkyl, benzyl, 2-4C hydroxyalkyl or polyoxyalkylene; X is halogen, CH3SO4, C2H5SO4, 1/2SO4 or formula II) and (D) 0.01-3 pts.wt. nonionic cellulosic derivative at a weight ratio (C/D) of the components (C) to (D) within the range of (99.1/0.1)-(60/40) and having 0.5-1.2g/cc bulk density. |
