REINFORCED FORMALDEHYDE BASED MOLDING MATERIALS This invention is concerned with increasing the impact strength and other properties of formaldehyde-based thermosetting molding resins. This is effected by compounding short length fibers of poly(vinyl alcohol) with the resins.
