FIELD: computer engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Video decoding method involves obtaining quantised coefficients of current block of video signal; obtaining transmitted back quantised coefficients of current block by performing reverse quantisation of quantised coefficients; obtaining a difference of samples transmitted back quantised coefficients of current unit based on omission flag indicating whether to omit reverse conversion for current block; and decoding current block using difference of samples, difference of samples is obtained by selective performing of reverse conversion of transmitted back quantised coefficients of current unit based on omission flag conversion.EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of converting due to selective conversion.3 cl, 10 dwg, 5 tbl |
