A device (1) for implementing an Organic Rankine Cycle process is specified, in which an organic working medium circulates in a circuit and which has an evaporator (2), a turbine (3), a condenser (8), a feed pump (9) and a return line to the evaporator (2). The first turbine (3) is of multi-stage design, and at least two stages are followed respectively by a first and a second recuperator (4, 6). Alternatively, the first turbine (3) is followed by a first recuperator (4), and at least one second turbine (5) which is situated further downstream is followed by a second recuperator (6). A method for operating the stated device (1) is also specified. |
