PURPOSE:To easily block up and dam foaming resin material by sticking unfoamed rubber material to the inside surface of a designated part of a panel, charging a sponge member in the inner peripheral portion of the foamed rubber foamed by heating in a painting process after car body assembling to block up a car body structure member, and then filling and hardening the foamed resin member. CONSTITUTION:Unfoamed rubber material is stuck like a belt to a position of plural panels forming a car body structure member 1, which become the end portions of a resin filling portion, and foamed by heating after painting a car body obtained by assembling panels. A sponge member 23 of a suitable size is inserted through a working hole provided in the vicinity of the space of the foamed rubber portion 18' to form a dam portion, and the car body structure member 1 is blocked up. Secondly, when foamed resin member is filled in the interior of the blocked car body structure member 1, though the resin material is about to flow outside the needed part while foaming, the resin material is dammed by the dam portion formed by the foaming rubber 18' and the sponge member 23 and hardened within a desired range. |
