PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress thermal deformation of a recording medium that is heated and conveyed.SOLUTION: A heating and conveying device 50 comprises: a heating and conveying roll 52 that has a continuous film F to which a toner image T is transferred laid thereover, conveys the toner image T while heating to a melting temperature of toner or more; and a cooling roll 62 that forms a nip 60 with the heating and conveying roll 52 to convey the continuous film F, and cools the continuous film at a position where the continuous film F is separated so that the temperature of the continuous film is decreased to a thermal deformation temperature or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
