PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reset pulse train and a reset circuit having a self-diagnostic function.SOLUTION: A first input pulse train A and a second input pulse train B in which first potentials do not overlap each other on a time base and are positioned in the bite interval of a second potential are applied to a first reset unit 11 and a second reset unit 12, respectively, and the array of a first output pulse train C and a second output pulse train D from each of the reset units is verified by a logic system 2, whereby the self-monitoring of the reset circuit 100 is executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
