PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform appropriate counter guide in consideration of a case where an order in which a procedure is performed is determined.SOLUTION: A counter guide device includes: storage means that stores types of procedures which can be performed at each of a plurality of counters, and a predetermined order in which a procedure to be followed is performed when performing a plurality of procedures; and control means that determines, on the basis of types of procedures to be performed by a user and information stored by the storage means, a counter visited by the user to perform the procedure, and an order in which the user visit the counter, and outputs the determined counter and the determined order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
