PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness provided with a light-weight protective material with a high fitting strength, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A wire harness is provided with a protective material around a plurality of wires. The protective material is manufactured by sequentially performing an overlapping step of winding a resin sheet 31 around a wire bundle 1 in which wires 2 are parallelly arranged, and mating the surfaces on a wire bundle 1 side of the resin sheet 31 to make it a tubular state, and a welding and cutting step of welding an overlapped part 32 of the resin sheet 31 and forming the welded portion, and simultaneously, cutting the welded portion. The manufactured wire harness has a cross section triangular welded portion 33 at the tip of the overlapped part 32 of the resin sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
