Disclosed is a bullet design technology of a real ammunition by a pressing covering of a conventional jacket to a low ductility core, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the bullet design and the manufacturing method thereof has a ballistic stability similar to that of a conventional bullet using a high ductility and high weight core, without reducing the ductility of the jacket in the manufacturing process to prevent reducing lifecycle of a firearm. The core (10) is properly washed after a cold forging, annealed to remove a residual strain and contaminants, and the pressing covering is performed with the jacket (20). In the pressing covering process, a nose void (30) and a tail hollow point (40) are properly formed as a non-charging space inside the jacket, capable of maximizing an inertia moment per weight of the bullet. The nose void and other additional and intentional shapes such as a tail edge, a tail taper and the like are able to prevent deformation of the jacket in the firearm and prevent increasing a surface hardness of the jacket in the manufacturing process. As such, the present invention is able to achieve a low weight and a high slenderness ratio bullet structure with an identical diameter compatible with the conventional bullet of a high weight and a low slenderness ratio, for the mass production of an environmentally-friendly ammunition with the stability and the combat capability adequate for the real ammunition. |
