<p>The sections together bound an aperture opening at an exposed surface, and a depression opening on a hidden surface, and a depression opening on a hidden surface facing oppositely to the exposed surface of the decorative body. Two gem-carrying elements each having a different gem are mounted on one of the decorative sections each for pivoting between a retracted position in which the respective gem-carrying element is received in the depression, and an extended position in which the respective gem-carrying element is recieved in the aperture and the gem is visible at the exposed surface. An additional gem-carrying element has a form of a discrete, independently usable, ring having a setting portion in which still another gem is set and which may be received in the aperture.</p> |
