PURPOSE:To simplify the measurement of the characteristics of blood corpuscle, by finding a hemolysis curve directly basing on an output of a particle detection device generating a signal in proportion to dimensions of detected blood corpuscle. CONSTITUTION:A sample vessel 1 storing a blood dilution liquid 2 is provided in a thermobath 18 and a detector 4 having a fine pore 5 is immersed under the surface of the liquid 2. Further, a means 3 dropping and mixing a prescribed quantity of water or a medical fluid from the outside is provided, and the detection of the blood corpuscle is carried out by sucking continuously a suspending liquid of the blood corpuscle from the pore 5. An output of this particle detection device 6 is corrected through a detection circuit 7, a correction circuit 24 and an amplifying circuit 25 and said corrected output is sent to U/D counters 11, 12 through gates 8, 10 and each counted output is outputted through a switch circuit 14. This switch output is processed by a signal from a timer 27 in a data processing circuit 15 to display the hemolysis curve by a display recording device 16. |
