<p>The system is designed to control the quality of black and white or polychrome prints on non woven material. The system has a removable control strip (10) mounted in an edge of the printing Tonne produced on clear film of density log. 0.10 and thickness 0.10mm. The strip has a visual reference and six optical references successively corresponding to the three screens and three networks of 20, 50 and 80%. A reading head slides with precision parallel to the control strip so as to compare alternatively each copy at the same reference point and to determine variations in optical density. The visual reference has five control ranges. Range 1 (P) is an indication of copy of the Plate. Range 2 (R) is an indication of tone reproduction. Range 3 (E) indicates ink resolution. Range 4 (I) indicates printing duplication. Range 5 (G) indicates screen gain or enlargement.</p> |
